Sex is awesome, and it is healthy. The only thing that makes it worse is when you overdo it or do it unsafely. The good news is there are several ways on how to enjoy sex while still being safe. When it comes to sex, there are many things, medicine, tips, and products that have been introduced to people such as the regenerative medicine Carolina, and other things that make sex more exciting and fun. However, still, you need to practice safer sex to avoid negative consequences.

Avoid sexually transmitted infection by doing the following:

1.Bring your own condom – Being prepared is better than fixing problems in the end. When you have your own set of condoms and a piece wherever you go, it brings a sense of comfortability and confidence. There is something comforting when you can just flirt and be aggressive openly because you know you have protection and that you are ready when things get hot. Always have your supply to be ready all the time. Besides your condom, you can also have some lubes or dams to make it more effective.

2.Make it more known to you – sometimes when we make rules, we oftentimes forget them when the situations come and we fall prey to the situation. This is why writing down safety tricks will reinforce themselves in your mind that they are important and that they are non-negotiable.

3.Avoid getting drunk or too high – being drunk or being too high will obstruct your judgment that would lead to unprotected sex. Make sure you are in the proper mind while doing it to be able to control the situation when things get rough.

4.Make safe sex a part of the sex, not an interruption – most people tend to do sex in an instant and stop in the middle to put condoms on, a thing that gives the impression to the mind that safer sex is something that disturbs the actual sex process. The only way to combat this is to make safe sex ap rt of the process itself.

5.Have safer sex conversations with friends – having some chats with friends will make you feel informed of the ways on how to be safe in bed. Also, the best source of information is friends that can be trusted especially when you do not have any experience.

6.Communicate openly with your partner about safe sex – you can’t achieve full protection when you are alone. This is why communicating safe sex is important to both you and your partner. In addition, being open with this will also reinforce the idea of safe sex, making it easier. It takes two to tango.

7.Do not feel bad when you find all of the advice difficult to follow – sometimes safe sex can be demanding. This is why if you cannot do all the things we provided here, there is nothing to be mad for. It takes patience in order to make it as spontaneous and natural as you can. So long as you can follow tip number one, you are good to go.
